It’s a requirement or fashion don’t know but Functional heads more so heads are called for collage to corporate interactions. A time comes all of a sudden you start getting call from different institute inviting as guest lecture under different name.
Same happens with me too. Every time I ask facilities or students “What are your expectation from us..?” And often reply is which is true also that they want us to share our corporate experience. What corporate expect from fresh Graduate and about Employment Gaps."
I got the clue and my response to my question resulted into coining a word-“Corporate Romance.”
What is Corporate Romance?
Industry invite corporate, corporate prepare nice presentation to Brand organization. Institute prepare student to show case the institute.
Post session, interviews are organizes for fresh graduate to fill up the future leadership pipeline. Few(lucky) get selected. On completing the process HR rush to corporate and selected students rush to canteen-The Romance starts. on joining the Romance convert in to reality where organization say “Kis Ko select Karliya and the student says “Kis me phas gaya.
